He has a vast career history and held several prominent positions such as Former Minister of Health, Consultant for Infectious Disease Research Center VACSERA, Professor of Internal Medicine and Clinical Hematology, Advisor to the Minister of International Cooperation of the Affairs of the Egyptian- American Cooperation Sector, Director of New Kasr Al Ainy Hospital, Advisor to the Minister of Education, and Secretary of Supreme Council of Private Universities.
